Does a warranty cover your products?

All of our Furniture are covered with a one-year warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or it was damaged within the covered warranty period, you can bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. In order to return your product, you must provide the following: 

  • Actual product with packaging still intact 
  • Sales invoice of the said product

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our office. You may call us at 8818-9193 / 0917-704-3895 or send an email at ourcuratedhouse@gmail.com


Are the warranties transferrable?

Warranties are non-transferrable.


If a product is replaced, is the warranty extended?

Warranties are not extended.


What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

In case your product/products were damaged during shipping, you may bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City along with the sales invoice. Please send us an email at ourcuratedhouse@gmail.com and wait for our reply before you return the damaged product/s.


Are items refundable?

All items are non-refundable.
